Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Python developer, with a strong understanding of Python programming language and its ecosystem.
Proven experience designing and building scalable, high-performance backend systems and APIs.
Proficiency in web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
Familiarity with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and related technologies.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute ideas to improve system design and performance. Troubleshoot and debug issues, and implement solutions to ensure the reliability and scalability of our applications.
